These messages always make me feel happy. There's no way to express my gratitude for this one. I take care of two elderly people every day . This one always stops Mrs Wilson in her tracks. She has dementia and is in a wheelchair.

Gratitude expresses appreciation and makes you humble. It shows you don't take people/things for granted. An attitude of gratitude is what this world needs to dissuade the sense of entitlement so prominent in people these days.
