Having peace in our own lives should be integral to achieving our own true happiness. How can we teach others learn what we haven't taught ourselves?

I know these years have been hard and the economy is bad, but if we all work together, I bet the world could be a much better place.

I think peace is alot more than a lack of physical violence. Peace is a mindsett. Anxiety worry anger fear (the root of all these emotions) leave no room for peace of mind or peace of body. Peace, such a radical mindsett of the 60's seems to be lost today not only in war but in the everyday lives how we conduct ourselves ... we need peace in our souls. in our walk and talk... its deep <3
