Graciousness: When you treat some one else with dignity and respect, you bring that quality back unto yourself. The same is true for selfishness and tactlessness. Yes, acting like a lady will help you be treated like a lady. Deciding that you are worth more, and have certain expectations. Men, treating your lady with dignity and respect shows others that you value her and that you yourself have value.

Graciousness has an impact on me. It's the difference of taking an insult and soaking it up like a sponge, or taking an insult and walk away, the insult bouncing off ya.
