My mom is my hero because she's caring and has been supportive of me my entire life. Even though I was a very difficult teenager and even though at the time I didn't like her decisions about my life, I now realize that she only did what she thought was right for me. She has always been there for me, sometimes she doesn't have an answer or solution but she always listens to me. She's a nurse and a superhero in her career too! She works with the elderly and a lot of people don't treat them with respect and dignity but my mom has always been respectful and loving to her residents. She has treated them like family, like she would treat her own parents. She's always been there for me, my son and the rest of our family. She truly is a hero, a superhero! She's always put other people needs before her own, she's the most loving and caring person I've ever met and I'm so lucky to have her as my mother. Without her, I don't know where I'd be. I hope I don't have to find out but I know that someday she will go but I also know that I will always carry the knowledge that she's given me.
