My hero is my old babysitter, Kaitlin. She graduated from Ball State University. I sometimes still see her, but it is hard because she lives far away. She hasn't just helped me, but she has helped my cousins. One time she was babysitting my 4 cousins, my sister and I. She still was able to make cookies for us! Now wouldn't you like to have a babysitter like that when you were a child and/or for our kids now?
She deserves this award because it is not easy to be a babysitter and be a part of the family, but Kaitlin did that. She is still part of our family even though she does not babysit my sister or I anymore. One time when she was babysitting me she managed to squeeze into my little bunkbed and watch "Finding Nemo" with me. She didn't have to go through that. She could of told me to just go watch "Finding Nemo" by myself, but she didn't. Kaitlin is a big, no HUGE part of my life.
My name is Clare, but Kaitlin calls me Coost, like cutie, but thats common so she was creative. Some people don't like their nick-names, but I like mine!
Let me explain Kaitlin's physical traits. She has beautiful long silky brown hair. She has a wonderful skinny figure. Her white teeth sparkle like a cluster of snow sparkling against the sun, and her skin is a beautiful light colored brown. When I grow up, I want to be just like Kaitlin!

We've all had people in our lives who have made a positive impact on us. A parent or grandparent, a sibling who was there for us, or maybe even just a guy who shines shoes for a living? Whoever they are, tell us their story so they can inspire us even more.
