Barbara is 76 years young. She has gone to school almost every day of her life. She convinced me and a few of my colleagues to go back to school to get our degrees. Two years ago,I crossed the stage to accept my Baccalaureate. I was 53. Barbara still works with adult students who have gone back for their High School Diploma. She works about 13 hours each week and volunteers for 27 hours more.

We've all had people in our lives who have made a positive impact on us. A parent or grandparent, a sibling who was there for us, or maybe even just a guy who shines shoes for a living? Whoever they are, tell us their story so they can inspire us even more.
